Straight Duct

FastClip Straight Duct is of a seam welded construction with rolled edges and the most commonly used duct diameters are help in stock.

Flanged, heavy duty powder coated and larger diameter duct is available upon request.

Slip Duct

FastClip Slip Duct sections are 330mm in length and supplied complete with a rubber ‘O’-ring.

A Slip Duct section can be used to create a custom length of ducting to ensure a perfect fit.

Pressed Bends

Pressed Bends are available for all FastClip ductwork sizes up to 224mm diameter, and are manufactured with a Centreline Radius equal to the Duct Diameter, as illustrated.

Pressed bends are manufactured to standard 30, 45, 60 and 90 degrees angles.

Segmented Bends

Segmented Bends are available from 250mm diameter upwards and are manufactured with a Centreline Radius of 1.5 x Duct Diameter, as illustrated.

Other internal duct bend radii are available upon request.

Segmented bends are manufactured to standard 30, 45, 60 and 90 degrees angles.

Single Branch

Quoting the FastClip Part Number when ordering will ensure correct specification of ductwork diameters.

For Single Branch sections, the FastClip Part Number is made up from two sets of numbers separated by a hyphen. The first 5 digits before the hyphen comprise a Unique Reference Number (URN) for the Branch Type and the Main Duct diameter (Ø1). Following the hyphen, a further 6 digits indicate the Branch Duct diameter (Ø2) and the Secondary Main Duct diameter (Ø3).

For example: 22250 – 180200 is the FastClip Part Number for a Tapered Branch (URN: 22) with a Main Duct diameter of 250mm (Ø1), a Branch Duct diameter of 180mm (Ø2), and a Secondary Main Duct diameter of 200mm (Ø3).
For an Equal Branch, with a Main Duct diameter of 250mm, the Part Number would therefore be 22250 – 250250.

Double Branch

For Double Branch sections, the FastClip Part Number is made up from two sets of numbers separated by a hyphen. The first 5 digits before the hyphen comprise a Unique Reference Number (URN) for the Branch Type and the Main Duct diameter (Ø1). Following the hyphen, a further 9 digits indicate one Branch Duct diameter (Ø2), the Secondary Main Duct diameter (Ø3), and a second Branch Duct diameter (Ø4).

For example: 24315 – 200250180 is the FastClip Part Number for a Tapered Double Branch (URN: 24) with a Main Duct diameter (Ø1) of 315mm, one Branch Duct (Ø2) at 200mm diameter, with a Secondary Main Duct (Ø3) of 250mm diameter, and a second Branch Duct (Ø4) at 180mm diameter.

For an Equal Double Branch, with a Main Duct diameter of 400mm, the Part Number would therefore be 24400 – 400400400.

Y-Branch

Following the hyphen, a further 6 digits indicate one Branch Duct diameter (Ø2) and the second Branch Duct diameter (Ø3).

For example: 28250–200180 is the FastClip Part Number for a Y-Branch (URN: 28) with a Main Duct diameter (Ø1) of 250mm, one Branch Duct (Ø2) at 200mm diameter, and a second Branch Duct (Ø3) at 180mm diameter.

For an Equal Y-Branch, with a Main Duct diameter of 400mm, the Part Number would therefore be 28400 – 400400.

Cut-in Branch

Cut-in Branches are designed to facilitate the addition of new ductwork onto existing extraction installations.

Quoting the FastClip Part Number when ordering will ensure correct specification of ductwork diameters.

For Cut-in Branch sections, the FastClip Part Number is made up from two sets of numbers separated by a hyphen. The first 5 digits before the hyphen comprise a Unique Reference Number (URN) for the Branch Type and the Main Duct diameter (Ø1). Following the hyphen, a further 3 digits indicate one Branch Duct diameter (Ø2).

For example: 26400–250 is the FastClip Part Number for a Cut-in Branch (URN: 26) with a Main Duct diameter (Ø1) of 400mm, and Branch Duct (Ø2) at 250mm diameter.
For an Equal Cut-in Branch, with a Main Duct diameter of 400mm, the Part Number would therefore be 26400 – 400.

Reducers

For Reducers, the FastClip Part Number is made up from two sets of numbers separated by a hyphen. The first 5 digits before the hyphen comprise a Unique Reference Number (URN) for the Branch Type and the Main Duct diameter (Ø1). Following the hyphen, a further 3 digits indicate one Branch Duct diameter (Ø2).

For example: 20500–315 is the FastClip Part Number for a Reducer (URN: 20) with a Main Duct diameter (Ø1) of 500mm, and Secondary Main Duct (Ø2) at 315mm diameter.

Split Straps

Split Straps are 25mm wide, manufactured from 2mm galvanised steel and supplied with 10mm fixing holes.

Bespoke or heavy duty Split Straps can be manufactured to order.

Blast Gate Dampers

With a full range of diameters from 100mm to 350mm, these Blast Gate Dampers are manufactured with a cast aluminium body and fully adjustable/lockable steel blade.

Each Damper comes complete with fitted nipples to facilitate connection to FastClip Ductwork systems.
